Referrals are usually accepted on a NHS basis and require a referral from your own NHS or private dentist. If you don’t have a dentist to make a referral for you, and feel you may need use of our oral surgery services, please visit NHS Choices to identify which practices are accepting new patients and they can refer you, if appropriate to do so.

For Clinicians

Tier 2 Oral Surgery referrals are accepted by appropriately filling in the most up to date referral form.

For referrals that are not Tier 2 appropriate, we can accept private referrals.
